HELP for Ordering Tickets Online — IF you get stuck
If you are ordering tickets for just one concert:
‘Tickets-Adult’ should show in the window; CLICK ‘ADD TO CART’. In a few seconds ‘Your Shopping Cart’ will appear, showing the ticket you just selected.
If you also want to get Student ticket(s), CLICK ‘CONTINUE SHOPPING’; use the down arrow so that ‘Tickets-Student’ shows in the window, and CLICK ‘ADD TO CART’.
In ‘Your Shopping Cart’ update the quantity of tickets that you want and CLICK ‘UPDATE’.
CLICK ‘CHECK OUT’, to pay for your order with a credit card. (If you happen to have a PayPal account, you can check out with that if you prefer.)
You will see a summary of your order on the left side of the screen that appears. Enter the requested information in the spaces on the right side, double check it, and CLICK ‘CONTINUE’.
Enter your credit card information, CLICK ‘REVIEW AND CONTINUE’.
You then have an opportunity to ‘Review Your Information’; if it is correct, CLICK ‘PAY NOW’. You are finished. The Jacksonville Center will email you a confirmation of your ticket order.

When you are done ordering tickets for that Concert, click whatever you use for ‘PREVIOUS PAGE’ 2-4 times until you get back to the main CONCERTS page listing all the Festival Concerts.
Scroll to the next Concert for which you want to order tickets, and CLICK ‘TICKETS, DIRECTIONS, MORE ABOUT THIS CONCERT’. Repeat the above process to order tickets for that Concert.
Repeat the process to order tickets for all the Concerts you want to attend.
When you are at ‘Your Shopping Cart’ for that last ticket order, CLICK ‘CHECK OUT’, to pay for your order with a credit card. (If you happen to have a PayPal account, you can check out with that if you prefer.)
